Quick Note:
RunWest folks Holly & Garett Graubins are hosting a screening of outdoors-themed films from the London Mountain Film Festival on Thursday, March 19, at 7 PM at Omni Brewing (formerly Enki's) in Victoria. The highlight of the 90-minute screening will be a running film that is hugely inspiring and motivating. Ticket proceeds will go to the Three Rivers Park District Foundation (we're working on getting the funds to go exclusively to Carver Park).

7:30 am start from the back lot of the Lakes Running Co. The store will be open at 7:15 and will remain open throughout the run.

The fun people will be doing the Keep it Local Center Cut Challenge.

If you need something more traditional, here are 2 favorite loops, plus the LRT is in good condition, so out-back will work well. I suggest you add a segment to each end of your longer loops just because.
